Adrian was a rockstar in my eyes in high school. She was absolutely gorgeous, talented, hilarious, and such a sweetheart. I was honestly scared to talk to her for the first time. I was the new girl in a town where I hardly knew anyone, and Adrian was one of those girls that you felt like you could become lifelong friends with in an instant. As fate would have it, I was lucky enough to call Adrian a friend throughout high school, and even have old prom photos of the two of us, although I dare not share them. No one needs to look back on days with braces. 😉

Anyways, many years passed, and I’m still lucky enough to call Adrian a friend. She’s still gorgeous, funny, and can dance circles around almost anyone. When she asked me to photograph the wedding of her and Taylor, I was not only honored, but so excited to work with a friend. Taylor has a passion for almost any vehicle I would assume, since he showed up in his very shiny tow truck with an amazing vintage car on the back of it, and I hear he puts on a mean demo derby on occasion. It doesn’t seem to matter to Taylor if it’s clean and shiny, or old, beat up, and dirty, as long as it has a motor. We were able to take pictures with both the 57 Chevy Bel Air and even Taylor’s tow truck, which was new for this photographer!

I am so glad that Adrian has found the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with, and I cannot wait for their Champaign, Illinois wedding this August!
